• Samuel seems have owned quite a bit of land and property in both Bristol township and around the Mangotsfield/Westerleigh area.
• Samuel was listed as "gent" on Ann's baptism in 1706
• 1729/30 - 'of Kendalshire', in the parish of Winterbourne
• 1732 - owner of 'Kendalshire Farm' in Winterbourne/Westerleigh
• Samuel was buried within Mangotsfield church.
